WooCommerce Plugin
Snap Finance’s WooCommerce checkout plugin is an easy way to enable your WooCommerce powered eCommerce store to offer lease-to-own solutions.
Install the WooCommerce plugin from Marketplace or install manually from packages provided.
Minimum Requirements
We recommend updating to the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce to ensure security and performance.
Install via WordPress Plugin

- Login to WordPress Admin.
Example URL: https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/
- Go to Plugins > Add New. The Add Plugins page displays.
- Select Upload Plugin. The Choose File option displays.
- Use the Choose File option to locate the zip file you downloaded from Marketplace or GitHub and select Install Now. The plugin installs.
- Select Activate.
- Proceed to the Configure Plugin section.
- Login to WordPress Admin.




Install Manually

- Pull the code from the repository.
- Upload the contents to a folder in your '<wordpress-root>/wp-content/plugins' directory.
- Login to WordPress admin and go to Plugins > Add New
- Locate the Snap Finance plugin and select Activate.
- Proceed to the Plugin Configuration section.

Configure Plugin

- Login to WordPress admin
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings. WooCommerce plugin settings display.
- Open the Payments tab. Available payment methods display.
- Toggle the Snap Finance payment method On.
- Select Snap Finance. Snap Finance Payment settings display.
- Select the Enable Snap Finance option.
- Select the environment you want to use and enter your credentials.
Client ID and secret keys can be found in your Developer Portal account.
- Select Save changes. The Snap Checkout option displays in your store checkout. Orders completed with Snap display in your WooCommerce Orders.


Complete Orders

- To receive timely funding from Snap, merchants should change order statuses to Complete as they ship to their customers.
- To change an order status to Complete:
- In WooCommerce, go to WooCommerce > Orders.
- Select the order you want to complete.The order displays.
- Select the Delivery Date field. A calendar tool displays.
- Select a delivery date.
If the date is too far in the future, you will be notified of actions to modify the date to be within the acceptable range.
- Select Completed from the Status drop-down. The customer's application status changes to Pending Delivery and Snap funds your merchant account.
